The IE Lab members are presenting at the HCI International 2013 in Las Vegas on July 24-26, 2013. The paper reports on the differences in the usability problems of electronic visit systems experienced by different user groups, i.e., physicians, nurses, and patients. The poster showcases the findings on persuasive features in a web-based system for weight-loss team competition. Both projects were conducted in the IE lab as part of the client work.
